Log in, open Account and choose Download my data to save a file of everything we hold, or Delete my account to remove it for good. Deletion cannot be undone and the wallet balance is not refunded.
Delete your account
- 1Log in and open your Account page.
- 2To keep a copy first, press Download my data. You get a file with your account, chat log, ratings, reviews, purchases and wallet history.
- 3Press Delete my account and confirm with Yes, delete everything.
- 4Your chat log, ratings and reviews, purchases and wallet balance are removed and you are logged out.
What is deleted
The account, the AI chat log, the thumbs up and down, astrologer reviews, purchases and the wallet balance. Payment and ledger records needed for accounts are kept without the link to you.
What we never stored
Birth details you type into the tools are not stored, so there is nothing of them to delete.
