1. What we collect

Account: your mobile number and your language choice, when you log in.

Birth details: the date, time and place you type to get a kundli, Gun Milan, moon sign, Mangal dosha or numerology. They are used to calculate the result and are not stored on our servers.

AI astrologer chat: your questions and the answers you receive are kept in a chat log. If you type a first name for the chat, it is used to address you. Your ratings (thumbs up or down) are kept with the answer.

Usage: anonymous counts of how often each tool is used, and technical information such as error logs. We use analytics tools (for example Google Tag Manager) on the website to understand how pages are used.

2. How we use it

To give you the results and the chat, to keep your login working, to improve the answers and fix mistakes, to prevent misuse, and to measure how the service is used.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. AI and service providers

When you use the AI astrologer, a language-model provider receives what is needed to write the reply: the computed chart facts (positions, dasha and similar, but not your birth date, time or place), your age in years, your first name if you typed one, and your questions. The daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes are written from the positions of the sky only and contain no personal information.

We also use hosting, database, analytics and message-delivery providers who process data for us under their own terms. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Birth details you type are not stored. The AI chat log (questions and answers) is deleted automatically after 90 days. Your account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Anonymous counts are kept without any link to you.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, including your chat log. Write to us through the contact details on www.marathivivah.co.in and mention your registered mobile number. We will answer within a reasonable time.

You can stop using the AI chat at any time; nothing is collected from tools that you do not use.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, restrict who can read the chat log to a small number of authorised staff, and keep secrets out of our code. No system is completely secure, so please do not share anything in the chat that you would not want kept for 90 days.

7. Children

GrahMaitri is meant for adults. Parents may enter a baby's birth details for names and charts; please do not let children use the AI chat on their own.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we will say so on the website.
