1. Astrology is guidance

Kundli, Gun Milan, moon sign, Mangal dosha, numerology, rashi bhavishya (daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes and their love, career, finance and education topics), panchang, festivals, shubh muhurat and baby names are traditional guidance and cultural information. They are not scientific facts or predictions, and nothing on GrahMaitri is a guarantee. Decide for yourself and use your own judgement.

2. Not medical, legal or financial advice

Nothing on GrahMaitri is medical, legal, financial or investment advice. For health, legal, money or other important decisions, consult a qualified professional. The AI astrologer will not answer questions about illness, legal outcomes, investments, or the date or length of life.

3. AI answers and calculations

The AI astrologer and the horoscope texts are written by an AI from calculations made by our own engine. AI can make mistakes or sound more certain than it should. Horoscope texts that pass our automatic checks are published without a person reading them first. If you notice a wrong or unsuitable text, tell us and we will correct it.

Calculations use the sidereal (Lahiri) method and the birth time at the birthplace. The result is only as accurate as the date, time and place you enter.

4. Dates, muhurat and names

Panchang, festival and vrat dates follow the Smarta method for Pune and can differ by a day between traditions and calendars; please confirm important dates with your family astrologer or priest.

Shubh muhurat results follow commonly used rules and do not check your personal chart. Have an astrologer fix the final muhurat for a marriage, griha pravesh or any important event.

The baby-names list is a growing first version, and the meanings may be imperfect. Check with elders or an astrologer before choosing a name.

6. Your account and use of the service

You must give a mobile number that you own and keep your login private. Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it to harass others or break the law. We may limit or stop access if the service is misused.

7. Our content

The design, text, software and data of GrahMaitri belong to MarathiVivah Digital Services or its licensors. You may use the results for yourself and your family; you may not copy or resell the service.

8. Liability

GrahMaitri is provided as it is, without promises about accuracy or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the results, the horoscopes or the AI chat, or from the service being unavailable.

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
