Add money to your wallet
- 1Log in and open My wallet from your account page.
- 2Choose an amount (₹50, ₹100, ₹200 or ₹500).
- 3Complete the payment in the Razorpay window with UPI, card or net banking.
- 4Your balance updates when the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. The entry appears under Recent activity.
- 5When you pay for a report and the balance is short, the page adds exactly the missing amount and completes the purchase.

If a payment fails or is taken twice
If money was taken but your balance did not change, wait a few minutes and check Recent activity. If it still does not show, contact us and we will credit it or refund it.
Refunds and limits
Wallet money is for GrahMaitri services only and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred. Services already used are not refunded. Read the Terms and conditions for details.
