1. How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the GrahMaitri app and log in with your mobile number.

2. Go to the More tab.

3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm. The deletion happens at once and you are logged out.

1. Go to grahmaitri.com and log in with your mobile number.

2. Open "My account" from the menu.

3. Choose "Delete my account" and confirm with "Yes, delete everything". The deletion happens at once.

3. What is deleted

Your account and mobile number, the birth details you saved, your AI chat log, your ratings and reviews, your referral code, your wallet balance and the purchases of reports linked to your account, and any login codes held for your number.

Any unspent wallet balance is lost when the account is deleted, so spend it first. Deletion cannot be undone.

4. What is kept

Payment and wallet records are kept for accounting and tax reasons, but the link to you is cut: they no longer carry your account or mobile number. Aggregated counts that do not identify anyone may also remain.

Birth details that you typed into a tool without saving them were never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

5. Before you delete

You can download a copy of your data from the Account page first. If you are not able to log in, use the contact details in our Privacy policy and send your registered mobile number.
